I Am Having What I Believe To Be Are Cluster

i am having what I believe to be are cluster headaches. have had this condition for several years now. however I do have a bizarre popping sound coming from my nose. so is it possible it is a sinus issue? they do occur at similar times --- 2 am along with droopy eye after if becomes severe so that is why we have thought I must have clusters but the sinus popping sound makes me wonder
