I Am In Surgical Menopause And Have Tried Everything From

i am in surgical menopause and have tried everything from HRT creams to patches to pills. my last option for hormone replacement is injections. my mom used to get them but she was not sure what was in them with the estrogen
what injections are best i have no uterus no ovaries please advise
