I Am Near About 50 Years.from Last Year I Started

i am near about 50 years.from last year i started advent 8mg and nitrix sr used one each and after one month nitrix stopped by doctor and only using advent 8mg.blood pressure was ok for 70/110 or 80/120 etc.now last week is 100/130.
please advise for exercise.(i am using aslo serlin(sertraline 50mg)for depression for long time.
