I Am Not Able To Take Her Shoulder In 90

i am not able to take her shoulder in 90 degree but able to do other movements like i can pick the things and work but not able to take in 90 degree ..and i want to want to do but not able to do..and after few days she not able to speak properly,slurred in her voice and not able to breath properly ....when we consult the doctors they had done the all process like CT scan and MRI reports and they saying that some nerves are pressed and she will be fine by taking medicine but day by day she having a problem in breathing can u plzz advice me what is an issue according to ur experience so that i can consult u or best doctors will be thankful to you
