I Am Not Tired Yet At Times I Seem To

i am not tired yet at times I seem to lose control of my eyes. Sometimes it causes double vision other times I have to close one eye. When I look in the mirror, one eye will be straight while the other drifts to the opposite side. One time while driving, my eyes went crazy. Thank god I had another person with me because, this time the lines on the road looked wavy and they crossed each other. This has been happening for several years and it frightens me! I do wear glasses but its not that! Please help
