I Am On Hemodialysis Twice In A Week, My Stomach

i am on Hemodialysis twice in a week, my stomach always look bloated compared to the rest of my body. i always drink very less water and try to keep my fluid incheck. i would like to know after for retention and could the other factor for my bloated stomach and how to treat it.
