I Am On Day 44 In The Cycle, 16 Days

i am on day 44 in the cycle, 16 days late! been bloated for the past 2 weeks, have been having bad cramping as well, and i feel tired all the time. I already had 3 negative test i usually take them first thing in the morning and they all come out negative... why isnt my period here?
