I Am On Medication For Panic Disorder I Have Been

i am on medication for panic disorder I have been on Cymbalta (now called duloxetine) for 8 or so years 120mg a day and was wondering if I can become to climatised to the drug to benefit from it as I am in a particularly bad spell. I take lyrica too which I am weaning off and sometimes valium and blood pressure medication
