I Am On The Mini One Yr Still Nursing Had

i am on the mini one yr still nursing had no period 9 mos now have period since oct and i find they are coming like every two to three wks ...i have high blood pressure...iam 44yrs old and i really dont know what to do like the pill dont like the periods please advise me
