I Am Recovering From Shingles With An Episode Of Diverticulitis..

i am recovering from shingles with an episode of diverticulitis.. i completed antibiotics, got thrush, completed nystatin. post pain from shingles is severe, i was given a tapered dose of prednisone which i completed. i am experiencing shakiness, mental fog and balance issues with weakness in my legs. my dr. says i have battled a strong virus and bacterial infection and it will take time. what else can i do?
