I Am Sore From The Top Of My Right Hand

i am sore from the top of my right hand all the way up to my elbow and on my wrist also. alittle tingling also in my finger tips. I suspect it's from a change in my keyboard height. Besides adjusting the height back to where it was, is there anything else I can do?
