I Am Suffering From Alopecia Areata In My Mustache And

i am suffering from alopecia areata in my mustache and beard .it spreads in various spaces in my face .i have tried several treatments like streoid injections ,antibiotics and omnacotril 10mg daily.after taking omnacotril 10 mg daily it disapears .if i leave this medicine for two months it starts again spreading .and as it is not advisable to take daily steroid tablets then what to do.. pl suggest
