I Am Suffering From Irritation Of Throat.. And Little Cough..

i am suffering from irritation of throat.. and little cough.. can i take mefenamic acid (zopan tb) and co-trimoxazole (nicotrim tb), citirizine hydrochloride (alerwise) and ampicillin + cloxacillin (ampiclox) together for immediate result.....
Doctor suggested me aceclofenac (acemed) , clarothromycin (noviclar) , citirizine dihydrochloride ,
citirizine hydrochloride (alerwise) and diclofenac sodium (acard)
