I Am Suffering From Jaundice And Hepatitis E Virus....my Bilirubin

i am suffering from jaundice and hepatitis E virus....my bilirubin is 84 umol/L...SGPT/ALT is 2080 U/L...i an not a regular drinker (alcohol)...and i have not been smoking weed for 1 month...i know both weed and alcohol is harmful for your health...but my question can i just have 1 16% alcoholic beer and smoke a joint 10 days from now??just once??then nothing for the next few months...and a few smokes maybe??
