I Am Suffering From Moderate Pain On My Left Lower

i am suffering from moderate pain on my left lower abdomen along with some lower back pain on the left side. this has been constant for over 4 weeks and getting worse. I have gained about 5 pounds and inches in my stomach as I am boated severly. I get full really fast when I eat and bowel movements are not giving me any relief. I poop about twice a day which is normal for me so that has not changed.
