I Am Suffering With Abdominal Cramps More Sever On My

i am suffering with abdominal cramps more sever on my left side near my bellybutton, across my stomach and my right side. I have been like this the past week with the pains so bad last Wednesday night, nearly ending up in hospital! I have no fever but have had a bad dose of diarrhea yesterday and my stomach is very bad today with cramps...what could this be?
