I Am Sweating, Not From Heat Or Excursion, But Very

i am sweating, not from heat or excursion, but very heavy sweat dripping from head down. also i have back ache on my right side and no reason to cause this. are these warnings of an impending heart attack? i was unaware that i was having a heart attack until i had my first doctor visit.
