I Am Taking Braingis,s-methiwave200 Half Tablet,zedison-DSR In Morning And Clozet

i am taking braingis,s-methiwave200 half tablet,zedison-DSR in morning and clozet plus, duzest 20, S methiwave200 half tablet at night.. i am suffering from sudden anxiety and depression .. when i feel alryt then i am fine but in certain tensed situations i feel depressed nd get panic attack..these medicines are perscribed by doc.. please tell suggest me the side effects of these medicines and how much time i would take to get perfectly alright..i am taking this medicine from last two days .. i am feeling more depressed after taking these medicines.. suggest whether i should continue or not.. thanks
