I Am Taking Maxgalin 50 Mg Caps At Night Continuously

i am taking maxgalin 50 mg caps at night continuously for a month now.i am diabetic and had neuropathic problems like numbness on the front foot and shooting pain at times.should i continue the medicine though there is not much relief.is there any harm in the continuous intake. i am 65 yrs.
