I Am Taking Myoril For Almost A Year. I Develop

i am taking myoril for almost a year. I develop loose motions offand on but for last 10 days continuous 56 loose motions a day - Stool test is negative for any infection . Can it be due to Myoril over dose? I have OA and I had suffered mi 2 yrs back and angioplasty was done.
