I Am Uncircumcised Married Guy. Recently I Am Experiencing Itching

i am uncircumcised married guy. Recently i am experiencing itching sensation under the skin at the head of my penis. pulling the skin back i could see reddish patches with foul smell. i washed it with soap and lots of water. the itching has reduced considerably and the rashes are not visible. can i apply calamine lotion to my penis.
