I Am Using Medisalic Ointment From Last 2 Months It

i am using medisalic ointment from last 2 months it results good for few days but after that it allows pimples on my face so I discontinued using it . and now my face complexation became dark as compare to previsous complextion so plz suggest me a cream which increases my fairness
