I Am Young And 2 Days Ago I Had Done

i am young and 2 days ago I had done a poo and there was a little blood, i thought i was on my period but i had just recently finished, and now about an hour or two i had done another poo, again thers was blood but it wasnt dripping it was only when i wiped and then the second time i wiped there was nothing. Im not in any pain but this is very new for me
