I Been Givinge My 7 Years Old Daughter 250 Mg

i been givinge my 7 years old daughter 250 mg of amoxicilin two times a day instead of dr order of three times per day for a sinus infection I'm only able to give her twice a day or every 8 hours because by the time the third dosage is due she is sleeping already and is 11 pm, is that ok
