I Been Going To The Er For Uti Since Sept

i been going to the er for uti since sept 2015 for uti that is not going away with the medicine given. it is getting worst i have bleeding and it very painful i have to go less than every hour and i only pass a drop i have have a pressure that makes me strain to try and feel finished. can you please help me so i can tell the doctors over here
