I Been Having Inner Arm Pain Were My Elbow Is

i been having inner arm pain were my elbow is on both arms along with pain and weakness, i can't lift, or stretch my arms out without hurting and noticed when i was trying to crawl on floor to play with my baby my arms gave out on me, also when i try to pick my hair up i cant function my arms properly what can be wrong with me?
