I Began A Course Of Medications For Pneumonia Yesterday And

i began a course of medications for pneumonia yesterday and lost a lot of water through sweating last night -- I would guess a couple of pounds. I have no experience to compare it to. trying to rehydrate today but a little foggy mentally and cardio response like my BP is low ie. dizziness if I stand too quickly. Suggestions?
