I Began Using Fluticasone Prop. 50mcg Spray Along With Azelastine

i began using Fluticasone Prop. 50mcg spray along with Azelastine 0.1% 137 mcg nostril spray six days ago. directions were two sprays of each in each nostril twice a day. by the second day i was extremely tired. my doctor asked that i continue the azelastine dosage, but cut the fluticasone in half (one spray in each nostril twice a day). Yesterday i noticed achy muscles, some minor abdominal cramping and thirst increase. Today the cramping has increased (elimination helps - no diarrhea), achy muscles, dry/sore throat, thirst, some dizziness and it's difficult to stay awake. Could all of this be from the medication? thanks
