I Beleive I Have A Pinched Nerve In My Neck

i beleive i have a pinched nerve in my neck no mri just hospital told me that the numbness in both arms that ive had for five years was due to that. but now my left legs numb and if i sit for ten mins they fall asleep both legs also recently half of my face went numb now a month later the other side of my face is numb and im feeling a tingling in the top of my head in my hair and now my left armpits very numb sometimes i feel like bee stings in my legs and arm randomely could this all be due to a herniated disc in my neck or is there something more severe going on?
