I Broke My Tibia And Fibula In Sept 2015 I

i broke my tibia and fibula in sept 2015 i was told by my surgeon to get rid of my cam boot on 12/23/2015 as i did what my surgeon said i have now been in severe pain from my shin area where one of my incisions from surgery is a plate was inserted there it is so painful too even touch not getting any help or advice from my orthopedic doctor. What do i do?
