I Can Have Bowel Movements But I Have To Strain.

i can have bowel movements but i have to strain. seems as if i have a hemorrhoid on my rectum or enlarged prostate. im 23. sometimes mucus discharges if i strain after done using bathroom. also i have to strain to get urine out after my stream stops. help doc! i workout regularly, i smoke only marijuana (had a few cigs before in life but i dont regularly smoke them), i have been eating right for the most part. these symptoms started to occur in 2010 when i was constipated and now its 2015 and i have gas bloating and i belch a lot
