I Developed A Stiff Neck On The Right Side At

i developed a stiff neck on the right side at base of skull. I cannot move my head around. I have difficulty swallowing, even my own spit. It started Saturday and is getting progressively worse. Now getting some acid reflux and difficulty speaking and general overall weakness. Saw a doctor yesterday, who gave ma a muscle relaxer... it isn't helping...
