I Developed Several Bumps Under Both Arm, Treated With A

i developed several bumps under both arm, treated with a prescription both oral and topical from my physician. went away after a week of treatment, now returned and i have hard veins extending from area under arm on both arms and moving down the arm. very tight and feels like i could bust the vien if i stretch to far. not sure what this is or what i should do
