i did a HSG.The result are the endometrial cavity is normal in size and contour. Both fallopian tubes are opacified. The right terminates as a 4.5x1.7cm hydrosalpinx. No peritoneal spill is demonstrated from this tube. The left tube is normal in caliber and demonstrates normal peritoneal spill. Conclusion is right hydrosalpinx with tubal occlusion. Patent left fallopian tube. What does all of this means. Am I able to conceive.
