I Did The Salt And Ice Challenge A Few Days

i did the salt and ice challenge a few days ago, and i have 3 cube marks, its been the 3rd day and the first square is purpleish with pink and the second and 3rd have a little purple but its mainly pink. i havent told my parents because im scared ahaha but it burns and feels itchy and im really not sure what to do... so is there any way you can help me? thank you
