I Do Little Smoking From 20 Days And I Mastrubate

i do little smoking from 20 days and i mastrubate a lot from past 5 months now im start having lot of problem while breathing i had to u my mouth for it and i had that same problem 8 months ago but at that time i dont smoke and i dont mastrubate much at that time i took some medicine and come over that but its seem tough to come over cough is also there .... plz help
