I Don't Know What It Is But My Daughter Has

i don't know what it is but my daughter has issues, her heart beats at a quick pace at weird times, her hands and feet sweat even when they are ice cold, she feels like she can't breathe, her eyes tear up, she scratches at her own skin/hurts herself just to stop it, she trembles like she's scared, she can't talk like she gets all choked up, she feels dizzy/weak, she even had a nosebleed, i did some research but i don't know if its anxiety, help please
