I Experience Pain In Shoulder At The Back..its Nt Continous...but

i experience pain in shoulder at the back..its nt continous...but postural mayb....but it gets really intense nd sewere....my skin burns upon touching...nd sometimes a slight movement pinches me like several needles...?...is it sth related to nerve...?
