I Feel A Strong Pain In My Left Breast. Intially

i feel a strong pain in my left breast.
Intially it was only at the down side of breast but now after a year of pain its been increasing like now my whole left body feels strong pain.
I have gone through all medical check ups but no relief still...
could you please help me???
I am also suffering from lukeria. a white discharge from vegina
its either not liquid or solid its intermediate means its like plasma.
my age is 19
what factors are the major causes of it.
