i feel dizzy and lightheaded feels like my blood pressure has drop i have had this happend 4 times in the past 2 weeks i do not have a bp monitor to check it my heart dr took me off my bp meds thinking that might be the problem when this happends i have chest pain i have a stent put in last week of may
