I Feel Like I've Been Having Premenopausal Symptoms.....irregular Periods X

i feel like I've been having premenopausal symptoms.....irregular periods x 1 yr now......i use to be like "clock work w/ them, always on time, exactly 28 days,etc".....anyways.....for the last 2 months it seems like I've had 3-4 yeast infections, then UTI....of course then a yeast infection from the antibx. now I've started my period and I'm burning and feel kinda itchy and also my urine seems like it kinda hurts. I'm just wondering if you can have vaginal irritation during this premenopausal time w/o it being r/t yeast infection or uti?
