I Feel Like I Have A Pinched Nerve Somewhere Between

i feel like i have a pinched nerve somewhere between my left shoulder and my neck area.. started 3 months ago with left hand 2nd finger tip only with numbness, now having intermitant tingling that travels from left shoulder to neck and also down left arm, no chest pain, so sob, no color/temp/skin changes noted
