I Feel Nauseaos And I Am Farting And Have Diariha

i feel nauseaos and i am farting and have diariha at the same time its all liquid if i go near food it makes me feel really sick im 15 and its making it uncappable of going to school i constantly feel like im going to spew but i dont for a long time but get the feeling for ages with i cough up mucos it has bloody spots in it i just want to feel better ;(
