I Feel Pain On The Left Side My Chest When

i feel pain on the left side my chest when laughing hard. it stared about a month ago. its happened once a month ago and it stopped but recently it is happening more often. i used to use latex waist trainers to smaller my waist at some point.that might be the cause of this but i don't know. what could be wrong with me??
