i feel very weak due to long term masturbation and i do not feel any pleasure now during masturbation except when i cum. also i have no hard erections now.can i regian my strenght if i stop masturbation and also tell me ifthere are any home remedy or foods which can cure my problem within 2-3 years before my marriage??
