I Fell 2 Days Ago When Carrying To Much Stuff

i fell 2 days ago when carrying to much stuff up a staircase, on a construction site. when I fell to the landing of the staircase the 3- 1/3 sheets of drywall I was carrying had landed a corner of the 1/3 sheet, pointedly into my lower abdomen. almost directly behind where my left hand would rest if in a coat pocket.... (just between my belly button and my left hip)

today is sunday- 2 days later. and I have been resting almost non-stop, since my day ended on Friday. eating and drinking fluids. I had also, bumped my head pretty good. and I can recognize some mild head concussion symptoms... so I found it best to sleep off the visual troubles and also the dull but severe pain in my lower abdomen. I just had a bowel movement with an incredible amount of blood.... bright red blood... left in the toilet.

I fear a ruptured or damaged organ.... is that possible??? and what else can I have done to my body???
