I Fell 2 Years Ago And I Soon Lost Most

i fell 2 years ago and i soon lost most of my eye sight then every day a new sysptom came up i cant walk anymore my feet feel like razor blades numming burning intense pain more then i can take anymore .then my kneens want bend to carry my waight to walk i cant touch my legs r feet because of the needls.i have been to a billion doctors . i need help . i cant take care of my family. anymore and im only 42. and was healthy.
