I Fell Against Pavement And I Have A Very Painful

i fell against pavement and I have a very painful wound. I applied a bandage pad over it for about awhile (this morning till about an hour ago) and now that I want to change it, the fluff of the pad is stuck in my wound. I need to get it out what do I do!
