I Fell And Landed On My Wrist A Couple Hours

i fell and landed on my wrist a couple hours ago. now i am having fairley severe pain in my elbow. no swelling, discoloration or misalignment noted. can this be a sprain? and can i wait til morning to get checked out? fingers are warm and wrist is mobile
