I Fell Down The Top Of The Stairs In My

i fell down the top of the stairs in my home one year ago. i was told the i fractured my right foot, my glasses was stuck above my right temple, and my right wrist was fractured. i had surgery in july of last year on my right wrist. the next day my left arm all the way to my fingers was numb. the doctor was call. he didn't think it was a stroke or heart attack. the next day test was run. no indication of either were confirm. However; my left side of my neck down to my toes are very painful. what is the problem
